CW BASES LTD provides a family budgeting application that enables users to:

• Create and manage shared budgets with family members

• Receive budget alerts and reminders
• Access financial dashboards and reports

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CW BASES LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.
